Mother’s Day 2022 at Tamworth Harvest Market
At just 12 years old, I began crafting floral arrangements in Tasmania, turning my passion into a blossoming wedding floral business. However, at 16, life took me away from Tasmania, where it all started—with strings of word-of-mouth wedding clients. The challenges of relocating and the post of COVID-19 made it difficult to revive my dream. But with resilience and a little help from family, I found my way back.
Partnering with Aunty Heidi from Selvage—a charming online haberdashery store—I gained access to her breathtaking English garden, a treasure trove of inspiration and blooms. I curated bouquets that were not only beautiful but also sustainably sourced, foraged from the wild and her lush garden.
The timing was perfect: we launched our first market stall just in time for Mother's Day. The response was overwhelming—every single bouquet sold out, a testament to the love and care infused into each arrangement.
This experience marked the rejuvenation of my business, blending childhood dreams with newfound strength and support. Now, I’m thrilled to offer bespoke floral designs that honor nature's beauty and the bonds that nurture us.
